Taking huge steps forward, the rollout of the company's mobile phone app and automatic self-service kiosks will speed up the customer collection process and improve the customers experience, a huge focus for the company, as it continues to expand within the car rental industry.

As part of this rebranding we have focused on the customers vehicle collection experience. Our ultimate aim is to achieve a 15-minute turnaround for our customers, who are always in a hurry to start their holiday or attend their business meetings. Whilst our mobile phone app will allow self-service when done in advance, many customers will not have the foresight, or may not even know it exists, to download the Right Cars Mobile Phone App. We very quickly realised, the needed to rollout state of the art automatic self-service kiosks at our branches.
There are many solutions in the market for automatic Kiosks, and we needed to find not just a solution, but a solution from a company that had a true desire to work with us, and explore technological enhancements where our in house systems can communicate directly with the kiosk, to provide advanced features and improve on the customer experience.
